Experiencia:	Working with Quest products (Performance Analysis, Spotlight, Toad, Lite Speed). Real Application Clusters (RAC). Maximum Availability Architecture (MAA). Database backups, recoveries and data restorations. Installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining databases. Applying software maintenance, upgrades and fixes. xcellent communicator with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment. Production experience in Oracle 10g and Oracle 11g (strong). Strong shell scripting experience Experience in managing multiple projects at a time Experience in Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Self starter with the ability to work both independently and cooperatively with others
Conocimientos deseables y competencias:	Ability to investigate and resolve problems which may require working with the supplier, Ability to assist in architecture planning and implementation to maintain a highly available infrastructure, Ability to analyze, translate and define business requirements into technical solutions, Ability to monitor and react to system-down situations, Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call rotations, Ability and willingness to work with a global support team
Responsabilidades:	Actively participate in the installation configuration upgrades monitoring and maintaining of Oracle databases, Actively participate in on-call rotations for database support, Manage projects of a small to medium size, Perform ongoing database security management, Define and maintain database standards documentation for the organization to ensure consistency in server/instance/database/user creation,
